We guarantee every item in our online store. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it for a prompt exchange or refund (less shipping, Tax & handling).
In any case, we don't grant a repayment of the forwarding expenses, not even in the case of a late delivery.

After shipping the goods you have a 20 days exchange and return guarantee; Shipping, Tax & handling have to be paid anyway. (20 days after our shipping date).

Nach Versand der Ware  haben sie einen Umtausch oder Rückgaberecht von 20 Tagen; die Versandspesen, Steuer und Bearbeitungsgebühren gehen in diesem Fall (Hin und Rückversand) auf Ihre Rechnung.
In keinem Fall gewähren wir eine Rückerstattung der Versandkosten, auch nicht im Falle einer verspäteten Lieferung.
Bei Nachnahme erfolgt die Rückerstattung des geschuldeten Betrages erst nach dem dieser von uns kassiert wurde.

We warranty all shoes and boots for workmanship and/or material defects for 30 days. Returned item(s) must be received within 40 days of your receipt to qualify for your credit. Please let us know why you are returning an item so we may serve you better in the future.

Colors and Textures: We cannot guarantee item color and/or texture as it appears on our website. Colors and textures may be influenced by the individual computer and color settings in which the items are viewed.   Delivery Charges (estimate for credit card order and 1 pair, max weight 1,00 Kilo)

For domestic, USA and EU orders, there is a 5,00 EUR insurance available, to cover free replacement for items lost or damaged in transit. It is very important that you insure all parcels for your protection. 
Delivery charges vary according to the weight of the order.  If you have any questions you may email us and we will be happy to estimate the charges.
In any case, we don't grant a repayment of the forwarding expenses, not even in the case of a late delivery.

Our policy is to process all orders promptly. We ship all merchandise within 14 days of completed order. We will notify you promptly if we are out of stock on an item. Since we want to get as much merchandise to you as soon as possible, multiple item orders may be delivered separately. There are no additional delivery charges for multiple shipments.
